Account data: your name, email address and sign-in details.

Content you provide: website URLs, product descriptions, uploaded logos, screenshots, screen recordings and fonts, and the scripts and videos created from them.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status, the last four digits of the card and the billing country. We never see or store full card numbers.

Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. Analytics cookies are only set if you allow them.

To create, preview, render and deliver your videos.

To process payments, send receipts and provide support.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

To improve the product, using aggregated usage data.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your uploads to train AI models.

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under contracts that protect it: cloud hosting and storage (Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services), payment processing (Stripe), AI model providers that generate scripts and voiceovers, transactional email, and error monitoring. A current list is available on request.

Projects and uploads are kept while your account is active. You can delete a project and its files at any time. We delete account data within 30 days of an account closure request, except records we must keep for tax and accounting (usually up to 7 years).

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Files are stored privately and shared through expiring links. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our hosting providers.

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
