Refund Policy

If a paid render fails, we retry it automatically. If it still fails, or the delivered file is corrupted or doesn't match the approved preview, we re-render it free or refund the payment (or credits) in full.

Each paid video includes 2 free re-renders after purchase.

Because the video is previewed in full before purchase and delivered immediately, completed and downloaded videos are not refundable for change of mind. Request a refund within 14 days if a video was not delivered or was defective, and we will refund it.

You can cancel a plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and have used no credits, we refund that payment in full.

Annual plans cancelled after 14 days are not refunded pro rata, but remain usable until the end of the year.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
