Terms of Service

MotionVideo generates motion-graphics promotional videos from a website URL or a written brief: script, storyboard, animation, AI voiceover, music and captions. Previews are free; finished videos are delivered as downloadable files after payment.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Pay-per-video prices start at $19 per video. Studio plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance: Starter $39/month, Growth $99/month, Agency $249/month. All prices are in USD; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Unused plan credits expire at the end of each billing period unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Videos are delivered digitally as download links in your account, usually within minutes of payment. Nothing is shipped physically.

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You keep all rights to the URLs, text, logos and media you provide. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

You give us a limited licence to process your content only to provide the service to you.

After payment, you may use finished videos commercially (websites, ads, app stores, social media). Music and voice tracks are licensed only as part of the finished video and may not be extracted or redistributed as separate audio.

You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates a person or brand without permission, or to make videos for products you do not own or represent. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Scripts and voiceovers are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review every video before publishing; you are responsible for the claims your video makes.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms with notice. You may stop using the service at any time. We may end access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
